As we reach the halfway point in our schedule for the year, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has delivered sessions so far in 2026 — Jan Smith, Sinead Cartwright, Richard Biggs, and of course our very own Louise Wolsey and Colin Green. It’s been a great start to the year!

We’re now pleased to share details of our next Brainwaves session, Championing Rights: Supporting Clients in Court of Protection, where we’ll take a closer look at the realities professionals face when working with individuals who lack capacity, and the challenges that can arise when navigating care, safeguarding and legal processes.
Amanda Penny from Link Case Management will be joining us to share her direct experience in the field, offering insight into the complexities of Court of Protection involvement and what this looks like in day-to-day practice across health and rehabilitation settings.
This session will take place on the 30th of July at 11:30am at The Snow Centre, Manchester and as always, we look forward to seeing you there.
